What started out as a hobby 8 years ago has blossomed into something wonderful. I started out just canning tomatoes and applesauce because they were easy. Then a few years ago I challenged myself to try at least 1 new thing each canning season. Now I do pickles, salsa, tomatoes, jams and the list goes on. I would always bring my family and friends samples to try out to let me know how the recipes tasted. After a a few years of doing that one of them said you should start a business.
In Oct 2021 Lucky Sparrow was born. Currently I'm only doing jams to NYS however the plan is to expand to be able to sell all my items and to all states.
